Reading and printing the files

In the meantime, once you have opened the file, you may wish to enlarge the view to find the information you need. Use the + button in the toolbar to increase the page size until it is readable. To print the page, select print in the toolbar, in the print dialogue box under Print Range select Current view, then OK to print.
